Office coffee service means a local company supplies the coffee, the machine and the breakroom supplies, and keeps the machine running, so your team has good coffee without anyone running to the store. Thomas Miller Coffee has done this for businesses in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1978.

We place the equipment and it stays ours. While your volume qualifies there is no equipment charge, and we tell you up front whether your site qualifies. You buy the products that go through the machine from us, we deliver, and our own service technicians look after it.

No. It is a simple loan agreement, not a lease. The machine stays ours, and either side can end the agreement in writing at any time. Anything already supplied is still payable.

Whether a placement carries an equipment charge is settled up front, based on the volume you expect, and we tell you before you agree to anything. If the machine you want needs more coffee than your office will use, we can arrange a rental instead. The agreement also sets out a minimum for keeping the equipment at no charge. If what you buy for the machine drops below it, we let you know in writing before any equipment charge starts, and it is judged on a three-month average rather than one slow month. Our sales staff will help you pick the best match.
